Ecclesiastical art

In ecclesiastical art, church architecture, holy painting and hymnology follow the order of Greek Byzantium.

The Greek flag and “identity” and all the battles in contemporary Greek history are closely related to the Orthodox credo. There are only a few nations who still keep the Christian Orthodox religion and praise the Holy Trinity: the God-Father; Christ the Son of God and the Holy Spirit, the divine Power and Action, which is of equal value and power as the God-Father and emanates from Him.

There is a special way to praise God every day; the Resurrection of Christ, however, is the most celebrated day of the year. Death is defeated by Life and Light overcomes Darkness.
